Most Isle of Man web design pages show you a plan for what your site could be. This one shows you what's already running: two rental platforms we built and run ourselves, one wired into the other, and real local clients, because a portfolio you can actually click on is worth more than one you have to take on trust.
Not mockups. Not "concept projects." Open them yourself.
A complex, proprietary commercial software application, more than simply a website, built entirely from scratch for the Isle of Man rental market: identity checks, encrypted document handling, Stripe payments, AI-assisted affordability review, all sat behind a 2FA-protected admin system. Our own IoM Rentals listings platform is wired into it, so a landlord verified in one carries that standing into the other. Designed, built, and still run by us.

Visit ready4rent.im →Campaign website for an independent, self-funded candidate in the 2026 Isle of Man House of Keys General Election. Built and hosted for free, so she wasn't left without a website simply because she didn't have a party's budget behind her.

| What you're told | Elsewhere | CGI Web Services |
|---|---|---|
| Portfolio | Labelled "concept project" | Real, live, linked above |
| First impression of the agency's own site | Loading screen before anything appears | Content on screen immediately: this page has no loading spinner |
| Who builds your site | Unnamed team, account manager as your point of contact | The person actually writing the code, directly |
| Pricing | Often "contact us" | Published in pounds, on the pricing page |
