Cookie Policy

Short version

The main site doesn't set any tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and there's no cookie banner on it because there's nothing to consent to. The one exception is our one-page trade website offer, which can optionally load a live chat widget, see below.

What does happen technically

This site's typefaces and scripts are served from our own server, so there's no third-party font or script request to disclose. See the Privacy Policy for what does load on the /trades/ page.

Live chat on the trade website offer page

The /trades/ page can offer a live chat widget powered by Tawk.to. It does not load automatically: a banner asks first, and the widget (and its cookies) only loads if you click "Accept & enable chat." If you decline, or don't respond, no chat script or cookie is set, and you can still get in touch via the page's contact form. Your choice is remembered in your browser (via local storage, not a cookie) so you're not asked again on that device. See the Privacy Policy for what Tawk.to does with chat data.

If that changes elsewhere

If we ever add analytics or any cookie-based tool anywhere else on the site, this page will be updated first and a proper consent banner will be added before it goes live, not the other way round.
