No fictional businesses, no "concept" labels. Twelve real projects at every stage, from products we run ourselves to client sites still being finished, each with what it changed for the people who use it.
Ready2Rent

The problem The island's rental market had no proper platform. Landlords and agents were patching the job together with spreadsheets, email threads and tools built for somewhere else.
What it means for them Landlords now only need a tenant's email address, not paperwork or references chased down themselves. The report arrives within seconds of the tenant finishing their side, and the documents stay in one secure place instead of scattered across email threads.
What we built Not a website: a commercial application built from scratch. Applicants upload ID, proof of address and financial documents; landlords review it all behind two-factor sign-in.
AES-256-GCM encrypted document vault
AI-assisted extraction, always human-reviewed
GDPR built in: DSAR, erasure and retention purging
The problem Landlords who let privately needed somewhere to list direct to island tenants, without having to build trust from scratch.
What it means for them Landlords list a property free of charge and deal with tenants directly. With no agency fee in between, there is room for a better deal on both sides.
What we built A direct-from-landlord listings platform on its own property database, fully filtered by area, rooms, price or even pet policy.
Custom property database with landlord accounts and enquiries
Live integration with Ready2Rent
Proof-of-work anti-spam and abuse logging on every form
The problem Independent dealers compete with groups that have their own web teams, stock systems and back-office tools.
What it means for them Independent dealers get the same tools as the larger groups. Invoicing is built in, and the view count on each vehicle shows which cars buyers are looking at.
What we built A subscription product that provisions each dealer their own branded site, not a page on a shared portal.
Automated provisioner stands up a complete dealer site
Stock back end: vehicles, photos, featured cars, view counts
The problem Tradespeople lose evenings to quote admin. Pricing a job quickly and consistently, then putting it in front of a customer in a form they can read, is harder than it should be.
What it means for them A tradesperson can produce a professional quote or invoice in minutes, free and with no account to set up. Less time passes between finishing a job and sending the invoice, so payment comes in sooner.
What we built Free quote and invoice generators plus a template library, with a one-off Pro Pack for trades that want the full toolkit.
The problem There was no single place to look for a tutor on the Isle of Man, and no easy way to compare what someone teaches, where they are, or what checks they hold.
What it means for them Tutors get a professional profile and a way to reach new students without building their own website or advertising themselves across several platforms. For parents and students, qualifications, experience, DBS checks and safeguarding details sit in one place, so the Island's teaching talent is easier to find and compare.
What we built A directory of Island tutors, instructors and coaches, free to list on, with a paid featured option. It is live and in its seeding phase: every listing carries a claim link so the tutor can take it over, edit it or have it removed.
Search by subject, level and town
Free listing, with a paid featured upgrade
Every seed listing sent a claim link, so the tutor can take it over, edit it or have it removed
The problem Island landlords carry the operational weight of their properties themselves: turnaround between tenancies, maintenance and the day-to-day running.
What it means for them Landlords hand over the turnarounds, the maintenance and the day-to-day running of a property. The price is published, so they can plan around a known cost.
What we built The web presence for a property turnaround, maintenance and operations service. A real, current, paying client.
The problem A practice covering companion pets and farm & livestock needed one site to serve two very different audiences without confusing either.
What it means for them When it goes live, pet owners and farmers will each land on the section that applies to them. Repeat prescriptions will be requested online rather than by phone, which keeps the lines free for urgent calls.
What we're building A six-page site (Home, Pets, Farm, Team, Prescriptions and Guides), now in the content and photography pass before go-live.
Separate Pets and Farm & Livestock paths
Repeat prescription request page
Downloadable care guides

Julia Bell: MHK Campaign
LiveHTMLCSSJavaScript
The problem An independent, self-funded candidate for Ayre & Michael in the 2026 House of Keys election: no party machine, and no party website either.
What it means for them Constituents can read her manifesto at any time, which cuts the amount of printed campaign material needed. An independent candidate with no party behind her has the same online presence as anyone else on the ballot.
What we built A campaign site carrying her platform, record and contact details, built and hosted at no cost and maintained through the campaign.
The problem OFTEC-registered, gas-certified plumbing and heating engineers in Ramsey, covering the whole island, with no website at all.
What it means for them Mark had no website at all. The holding page carries his contact details, so customers who could not find him online can now call him.
What we're building His first website, written so customers can check credentials fast and get in touch faster. The holding page went live first; the full site is with him for review.
Holding page with contact details, live now
Full site: Home, Services, Areas, About, Team, Contact

Northern Pool Cafe
LiveHTMLCSSJavaScript
The problem The cafe inside Northern Swimming Pool on Mooragh Promenade, Ramsey, had no site of its own, so customers relied on other people's listings.
What it means for them Opening hours and the menu now come from the cafe itself, rather than from other people's listings, which were often out of date. The site answers whether they are open on its own, including over Christmas and Tynwald Day, with nobody having to update it. The printed menu we redesigned shares the same look and feel as the website, inspired by their logo, giving them a solid brand going forward.
What we built A four-page site (Home, Menu, Gallery and Visit) built from the owners' own photos and words, after a holding page with the real opening hours went live the day the domain was registered.
The full priced menu, from cooked breakfasts to Fish n Chip Friday
An open now sign that works in Isle of Man time and knows their Christmas, New Year and Tynwald Day closures
An opening hours dial you can spin, which opens on today and says when the kitchen stops
Visit page with map and what3words, and the printed menu redesigned to match
The problem A cafe at Kermode House on Parliament Street in Ramsey, from the same owners as Northern Pool Cafe, with no site of its own.
What it means for them Opening hours and the menu will come from the cafe itself, rather than from other people's listings, which are often out of date. It also provides the foundation for developing its online presence and expanding the services and offerings available to customers.
What we're building The full website is built and ready for the cafe's photographs and content. In the meantime, a holding page is live, providing visitors with the cafe's phone number and a link to its Facebook page.
Holding page live now, with the phone number and their Facebook page
The problem Plastering, rendering, Monocouche and EWIPRO external wall insulation, done well across the island, but invisible online to anyone who didn't already know the name.
What it means for them Customers can now get in touch however suits them, and that has brought in new work, including commercial partnerships.
What we built A site that shows the range of work plainly, from a skim to a full external wall insulation job, with more than one easy way to get in touch.
