Site packages require a 12-month hosting minimum. Fixing anything that breaks or stops working is included on every plan. Changes you ask for are charged in 15-minute blocks rather than by the hour, always quoted before any work starts and added to your next monthly invoice. Sulby's included 45 minutes resets each month and doesn't carry over. Domain registration and any paid third-party tools are not included in the prices above. Where we register your domain and put a holding page up before the build, hosting runs from that date at £15 a month. At launch you move to your chosen plan, with the holding-page days already paid credited against the first part-month. Projects that don't fit a package, such as booking systems or client portals, get a real fixed price and their own indicative timeline, both agreed in writing: tell us what you need.
Read the fine print before you sign.
Agencies often look the same until you check what's actually behind the claims.

Questions people ask before they start.
Are your prices published upfront?
Yes. Starting prices are on this page, then a fixed quote is agreed in writing before any work starts: no surprise invoices and no scope creep once the project is underway.
How much does a website cost?
Bradda, a single-page brochure site, starts from £249. North Barrule, a multi-page site with booking, quote forms or online ordering, starts from £499. Snaefell, a larger multi-page site or a web app built around your business, starts from £799.
How much does hosting and maintenance cost?
Kerrowdhoo is £39 a month, West Baldwin £59 and Sulby £79. Every plan includes hosting, SSL, backups, security monitoring and software updates.
What do changes cost after launch?
Fixing anything that breaks or stops working is included on every plan. Changes you ask for are charged in 15-minute blocks, not by the hour, always quoted before we start and added to your next monthly hosting invoice, so there is no separate bill. Sulby includes 45 minutes of changes each month, which resets monthly and doesn't carry over. On West Baldwin and Sulby you can also edit your own text, prices and photos in the portal at no cost.
Is there a minimum term for hosting?
Yes, 12 months. Site packages are built on one of the hosting and maintenance plans rather than sold as a standalone handover.
What if a project doesn't fit a package?
Tell us what you need, more pages or extra functionality, and you'll get a real fixed price and an indicative timeline back, both in writing.
How long does a site take?
Our build time is a few working days for Bradda once your copy and photos are in, 1 to 3 weeks for North Barrule, and usually 4 to 6 weeks for Snaefell, depending on scope. While a preview is with you for feedback the clock pauses, so your own timescales are never counted against the estimate. Every project comes with an indicative timeline, agreed before work starts.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and when the site launches you get a full copy of it plus a plain-English note any developer could pick up. There's no proprietary lock-in: we don't build on a system that only works on our own servers, just plain, standard code, kept in version control. On hosting plans with portal access, you can also edit your own text, prices and photos without waiting for us.
